Additional Person – Travel Planning & Advisory Services

The process of researching and putting together a customized, bespoke proposal that matches your travel desires takes time.  The trip planning fee covers initial consultation and discussion of your trip dreams and expectations, time spent researching, developing, and revising a proposal to create the perfect customized itinerary, booking and managing all components, and support while traveling. This add-on fee is for small groups greater than 6 travelers. 

Because it covers the initial consultation, research, and time spent on the proposal, this fee will be charged at time of proposal delivery, regardless of whether a client books a trip with us. When, however, a client books a trip with us, this fee also covers travel support during the trip, and the booking of the trip itself.

Fees are non-refundable and will be charged when the proposal is delivered to you.

TRAVEL PLANNING SERVICE RETAINER AND FEES | ADDITIONAL TRAVELERS | ADD-ON PRODUCT 

This is an add-on the the standard trip retainer for small groups larger than 6 travelers. Add $50 for each traveler over six (travelers 7 through 10).

It is nonrefundable and nontransferable. This add-on retainer fee includes two (2) vetted and well-researched itinerary/trip options with two (2) revisions. Clients have 14 days to deposit a booking from the date the first quote is delivered. Bookings made after the 15-day mark may* require payment of an additional planning fee of $75.00.

Fees are payable by debit or credit card via https://www.ExpatsTraveling.com website.  Our planning service retainer is separate from the cost of your trip and may be split between multiple travelers but will incur a 3% transaction fee. Contact us if split payments are required.
