ITINERARY:

• 30 mins : Chinatown highlights walk focused on wellness.
• 30 mins : Visit and short lecture at TCM Medical Hall to introduce common TCM herbs (15mins) and Q&A
• 60-75 mins : Wellness sharing (meridian pressure point massage) at Tea Bar, Q&A

Inclusive of wellness take-home pack, light snack and cold-brew/hot tea at Silk Tea Bar.
