Travel Planning & Advisory Services (Multi-Destination)
The travel planning fee is $500.00 USD per trip for travelers visiting up to five (5) international destinations in a trip.
Researching and putting together a customized, bespoke proposal that matches your travel desires takes time. The trip planning fee covers initial consultation and discussion of your trip dreams and expectations, time spent researching, developing, and revising a proposal to create the perfect customized itinerary, booking and managing all components, and support while traveling.
Because it covers the initial consultation, research, and time spent on the proposal, this fee will be charged prior to proposal delivery, regardless of whether a client books a trip with us.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment of this retainer fee initiates work on your trip.
EXPATS TRAVELING GROUP’S TRAVEL PLANNING SERVICE RETAINER AND FEES
To move forward with your customized travel plans, a retainer of [$500.00] per trip, is required. This retainer is nonrefundable and nontransferable. This retainer includes two (2) vetted and well-researched itinerary/trip options with two (2) revisions, if needed for a maximum of five (5) travel destinations. Clients have 14 days to deposit a booking from when the first quote is delivered. Bookings made after the 15-day mark may* require payment of an additional planning fee of $50.00.
Fees are payable by debit or credit card via https://www.ExpatsTraveling.com website. Our planning service retainer is separate from the cost of your trip and may be split between multiple travelers but will incur a 3% transaction fee. Contact us if split payments are required.
