Travel Planning & Advisory Services (Large Groups)


The process of researching and putting together a customized, bespoke proposal that matches your travel desires takes time.  The trip planning fee covers initial consultation and discussion of your trip dreams and expectations, time spent researching, developing, and revising a proposal to create the perfect customized itinerary, booking and managing all components, and support while traveling. The travel planning fee is $2,000 USD per trip for groups with 30 to 40 travelers.

Because it covers the initial consultation, research, and time spent on the proposal, this fee initiates work on behalf of the traveler and is paid before proposal delivery, regardless of whether a client books a trip with us. When a client does book a trip with us, however, this fee also covers travel support during the trip and booking the journey itself.

Fees are non-refundable and will be charged before a proposal is delivered to you.



(Large Groups: 30-40 travelers)

To move forward with your customized group travel plans, a retainer of [$2,000] per trip is required. This retainer is nonrefundable and nontransferable and is for groups between 30 and 40 persons.

This retainer includes two (2) vetted and well-researched itinerary/trip options with two (2) revisions with a maximum of two destinations. Clients have 14 days to deposit a booking from the date the first quote is delivered. Bookings made after the 15-day mark may* require payment of an additional planning fee of $75.00.

Fees are payable by debit or credit card via website.  Our planning service retainer is separate from the cost of your trip and may be split between multiple travelers but will incur a 3% transaction fee. Contact us if split payments are required.
